Join Alexandria for this 8-week series designed to help teens find calm in the midst of chaos.
Alexandria’s goal is to provide teens with a variety of tools they can use in order to manage and regulate stress and anxiety in their daily lives, as well as to encourage movement and meditation as healthy habits for life. Alexandria began practicing yoga regularly as a teen, and has almost 7 years of experience teaching yoga to diverse groups of people.
Each class will begin and finish with a guided relaxation exercise, and teens will be introduced to different styles of the yoga practice, such as vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, and acro yoga.
