Krysta recently moved from the city to an acreage and has never looked back. She has found a deep connection to nature and finds comfort in the outdoors. She has been practicing yoga for over five years. Yoga can bring healing aspects to the mind, body, and soul. Krysta has always been intrigued by the subtle adjustments yoga can bring to ones life. It cultivates an awareness that starts out small and slowly begins to grow as the practice of yoga continues. She practices yoga to become more in touch with herself and find balance in her life. She has found that yoga can give her the opportunity to find strength, resilience, and softness within herself and hopes to give her students the opportunities to learn more about themselves through the practice of yoga.
In the summer of 2017, Krysta took her 200hr Hatha Yoga teacher training with Christie Weightman at Studio B Yoga in Chilliwack BC. Krysta is a loyal a student of yoga and enjoys learning new things. When she’s not on her mat she enjoys family time, reading, and camping.

We offer classes 7 days a week 6am-9pm, daily classes times and types will vary. Studio B offers a variety of styles of Yoga, as well as Pilates, Barre, Dance and Children’s Yoga and Dance.
