I recently retired from a full time career as a nurse and have embraced the opportunity to promote holistic health and healing on a more spiritual level through the practice of Hatha Yoga. In 2012 I completed the 200 hour teacher training at the Vancouver School of Body work and Massage and in 2014 I took specialty courses in trauma sensitive yoga and in chair yoga. I enjoy sharing the many gifts of yoga with individuals who have experience various forms of trauma and with adults challenged with limited range of movement and mobility.
I believe that yoga has the power to create a sense of great peace and calm in us. By working deep into the fascia and staying in the present moment with the breath we can release stored and long held tensions. Finally letting go of these burdens and old ways of being leads to a much more joyful experience in everyday life. I am so grateful for the healing and the joy that yoga has brought into my life along with a stronger and more flexible body and that I am able to share this joy with others.

We offer classes 7 days a week 6am-9pm, daily classes times and types will vary. Studio B offers a variety of styles of Yoga, as well as Pilates, Barre, Power Fusion and Kids Yoga.
