The yoga teacher offering this class and often a second teacher supporting, have generously volunteered their time so that we are able to again have free class!
This class is not intended to only try once, you may attend as often as you wish and are not required to attend any other classes at Studio B if that is not in your budget. Offering this class to the community of Chilliwack is very special to us and we are so happy that yoga at Studio B is accessbile to everyone, please join us!
At Studio B Yoga we encourage a mindful and balanced lifestyle and believe yoga should be available to anyone. Gently flow through your practice while working on poses. This class accommodates a wide range of experience levels from beginner to students that have practiced for a long period of time. The class works on a balance between strength and flexibility while building endurance and improving your breathing and posture. You are welcome to join this free class every week or experience a variety of other classes Studio B Yoga has to offer.

We have all the mats and props you may need for the class and we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver if it is your first class, and get settled. Please refer to our studio page for other frequently asked questions and studio courtesy information you may have regarding this class and our facility. Ages 12-15 are welcome to participate with a parent or guardian and must adhere to our youth commitment courtesy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
