Please join yoga instructor, Krysta Evans for this 6 week series. This class is designed for toddlers ages 2-5. In this well rounded class we will explore mindfulness, simple yoga postures, fun breathing exercises, and story time.
*Caregiver participation required.*
Yoga is a fun playful practice that will encourage the children to be creative, interactive, and all the while spending some quality time with their caregiver.

Change your breath, change your life!
Regardless of where you are in your wellness journey, breathwork can be a powerful tool to open into expanded states of consciousness where for deep inner work and personal growth takes place.
During this workshop you will be fully guided through a specific breath pattern. This breath technique is meant to help you move through different energetic and emotional blocks where you will cultivate a greater connection to Self with trust and clarity.
Details & what to expect;
-Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing, we will be sitting and laying down.
-Please bring a journal and a pen for some contemplation before the breathwork journey and for observations afterward.
-Everyone’s experience is different and may be heightened in a group setting. You may or may not experience feeling lightheaded or dizzy, you may experience tingling sensations in the body as well as mild muscle tension. You may or may not experience heightened emotions and the release of them.
-This therapeutic practice is not intended to be a replacement of any medical advice/attention you may need.
-There are to be absolutely no photos taken at this event to ensure a safe container for all to experience the practice.

Alex is an experienced Kinesiologist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, as well as a Movement, Mobility, and Assessment Specialist who works at Intuitive Rehab Services here in Garrison Crossing. Phase two of Alex’s Mobility Workshop will teach participants how to expand joint mobility through guided stretching and isometric strengthening. Alex will start with a quick refresher of the CARs morning routine to guide our self-assessment. We will then will cover expanding and creating new range of motion, and how repairing healthy joint function is a crucial aspect of Rehab, Flexibility, Mobility, and Strength Training. This workshop will expand on phase one’s focus on intent, control, tension, breathing, and isolation of each individual joint’s movement quality. After re-establishing the CARs goals, the class will be lead through joint specific mobility training strategies to address the most common concerns of the group through education, group discussion, and true mobility training. This will be done with a focus on improving joint work space, and safely training in our joints End-Range of motion.
All ability levels will be able to join and perform in the workshop comfortably, and it is suitable for ages 9 and up. The intention of this workshop is to truly understand your own body through guided education of what our joints are designed to do. You can expect to learn how to assess your body, incorporate a daily routine to help expand your joint movement, optimize your body’s movement through intentional control, and create lasting changes to your body, through a daily routine and proper exercise selection for your specific joint capacity. If you did not attend Phase One you can still attend Phase Two, part of the class will be re-teaching phase one is a quicker fashion!

Cindy Babyn is a musician who studied at the Rotterdam Conservatory in Holland and who received her degree in music performance from the University of Toronto. Besides playing Western Classical Music, she also played on many festival stages across Canada in a world music ensemble with musicians from Afghanistan and India. Following her passion, she began to acquire crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, Hapi Drums, tuning forks, tanpura, and more.
