Lindsay’s love of yoga started when she was an early teenager. She used to read her moms ‘ABCs of Yoga’ book and was fascinated by the benefits that each posture had for the body. In Fall of 2008, Lindsay was introduced to Bikram Yoga. She became instantly hooked and took the teacher training Spring of 2009 and has since recently completed her yin teacher training, in February of 2017, with Bernie Clark.
Lindsay enjoys that Yin can be a wonderful compliment to the more yang styles of yoga and is continuously looking to learn and deepen her yoga journey. Lindsay believes in practicing from a place of love and kindness, trying to let go of the ego and connect to what is inside. She loves to see the wonderful healing magic that yoga brings to people’s lives, inside and out.

We offer classes 7 days a week 6am-9pm, daily classes times and types will vary. Studio B offers a variety of styles of Yoga, as well as Pilates, Barre, Dance and Children’s Yoga and Dance.
